Saffron Tech started the financial year 2016-17 with a TownHall meet, hosted in our Sainik Farm Office. All our employees were present for the meeting, which was planned to discuss the past and future endeavours of our company.
The Meet was started with our founders, Vibhu Satpaul and Gaurav Sabharwal, congratulating the employees for accomplishment of the our targets for the past year. Vibhu displayed a presentation stating the most important achievements of the past year including the establishment of our in-house content team, a new office and much more. There was also some talk regarding the challenges we faced last year and how we are going to fix them in the future. Despite investing in a lot of new infrastructure last year, Saffron still managed to post a profit growth of 8% which is highly commendable.
The mantle was then passed to Gaurav, who delivered a plan of action for the year 2016-17. The employees were made aware of the goals and targets for each department for the coming year. Sabah, our sales head, pointed out the importance of the recent US trip made by Gaurav for interacting and dealing with the current and potential clients.
The HR department also pitched in with some valuable information regarding our new HR software which will automate all related processes like leave management, salary slips, etc on a single digital dashboard. There was also a Q&A session, where the employees put forward any doubts and question related to the company.
The event came to a closing end with a cake cutting ceremony and refreshments for the employees.
A company’s growth is directly proportional to it’s employee productivity. Saffron Tech always make sure to maintain a balance between work and fun.
