We take maximum of 24 hours to develop a detailed understanding of your requirements and revert back on your query. The first response will have our understanding of the product and questions we have for you.
Once we get into the project discussion, our Business Development Manager will work internally with our Technical and Business Analyst team to get you the best solution possible.
The BDM chalks out a flawless plan, presenting the best possible business and technology solution, with a detailed scope of work which includes working timeline and project cost.
Get into discussion with clients and get the approval on the Proposal and get signed Contracts. We can provide you prior clients references for you to be sure about Saffron Tech delivery and customer service.
Once approved, the BDM assigns our operations and delivery team to take over. A welcome call is done with the assigned Project Manager and Team Lead to start with the project execution.
You will be provided with timely (weekly or monthly) reports to get real time updates of the project. We believe in transparency and ensure the clients are on the same page as our team during the course of development.
