Saffron conducted the first Town Hall Meet to discuss its business prospects and achievements. This Town Hall meeting was held in our office premises on 24th July. Members from different departments gathered over there to attend the Town Hall. Everyone was filled with enthusiasm to analyze their performance of the last quarter.

First Quarter of 2017
The co-founders of Saffron, Gaurav Sabharwal and Vibhu Satpaul kicked off the event by acknowledging the employees for their notable performance in the past. At Saffron, we believe hard work and dedication of our employees has led to exponential growth of the company.

Considering the recent changes in the digital marketing industry, Gaurav Sabharwal shared his knowledge on ways to keep out menial mistakes and tackling the strategic changes. He delighted the audience by giving a sneak-peak of the review of his recent business tour. Gaurav gave an insight of his future prospects of setting up his flagship venture in New Jersey under the umbrella of Saffron. This NJ office will serve international clientele according to their custom business requirements. Saffron has taken a giant leap in the market over the past 9 years from the early days of its inception. It has created its niche among the other competitors of the same niche.

First Quarter of 2017

After the completion of review, department heads of web development, sales, internet marketing team shared their agenda about the scope and achievements. These heads emphasized on the plan of action to be accomplished in the next quarter. They shared the blueprint of seminars and regular training sessions to be held for every department . No doubt, Saffron experience is all about growing through consistent learning.

In the next segment, Vibhu Satpaul addressed different aspects which company needs to focus on. He emphasized on different ways through which Saffron Tech has retained reputation of its business at local level and across the world.

The Town Hall meet concluded with morale boosting and acknowledgement of employees initiated by the HR department of Saffron. Awards were presented to the employees for their exceptional performance and loyalty. These awards reflect an excellent gesture to encourage and appreciate employees’ performance in the long run.
